On October 4-6, 2010, Dr. Jan Hein Aders, Senior Banking Consultant of Rabo International Advisory Services (RIAS), visited PCF Head Office in Cebu. Dr. Aders purpose was to assess the capability of PCF in its on-going partnership with the Rabobank Foundation.
The 10th National Coop Summit which was hosted by Philippine Cooperative Center (PCC), Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) and the Local Government of Quezon City ended triumphantly. The event was held at Araneta Center, Quezon City.
